Hi, I'm interested in opinions on CMC vs. Presbyterian in Charlotte. I have 4 years ICU experience and want to remain in an ICU but know that the atmosphere can vary from unit to unit. I like a challenge but I also want to work in a unit where the nurses work well together (ie. are nice!). Anyone do clinicals or work in an ICU at either and have any advice for me? Thanks! Interviewing early 2010.
