The Wall Street Journal has a good story today on the latest developments in the Health Reform Debate in the Senate. (There are plenty of additional stories on the topic out there.) While a scaled back public option is an encouraging step, if it means expanding Medicare and Medicaid, it's hard to see the cost curve bending in any cost-savings direction.
