I had a kidney transplant six years ago. I've been trying to lose weight that I gained from peritoneal dialysis, but my energy level is not what it used to be. I've recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea also. I got sick when I was 21 and I will be 35 next month. I need to do something or it will all be down hill from here.
