Doughnut dispute leads to stabbing at high school

It seems these days that even something with a hole in it is worth attacking someone over. That's what happened Wednesday morning at a North Carolina high school where police said a student stabbed a classmate over a doughnut. The 17-year-old boy is charged with misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon against a 16-year-old girl. She was taken to a hospital, treated and released, police said. -- Lance Murray
