Like if you were loaded at your appt. (pot, coke, extasy etc.) and had all the symptoms (red eyes, high blood pressure, smell of weed). Can you get in trouble or would they let authorities know? If they get a blood or urine sample, will they check for drugs without telling you? And if your lab test come back positive and you tell them the truth what can they do? By the way, I forgot I had an appointment at the last minute, I know its stupid.
