House on the corner was abandoned a few weeks back. Finally the pitbul broke thru the window and the landlord came to turn the running water off. Two more dogs, one was a grandma small poodle and the other was a 8 week old chihuahua puppy. Saw the chaos and went over and tried to find any other remains amongst the excrement-covered house.
