Senator Harry Reid says there are no earmarks set aside for Nevada in his 2,074-page healthcare bill. However among provisions in the bill is legislation Reid crafted in which he arranged for states with high unemployment including Nevada, Michigan, Rhode Island and Oregon, to receive five years of full funding to pay for the patients who would be added.
