Baked potatoes and BLT salad is a family favorite! Mostly because I usually make extra bacon for everyone to munch on and we wake up to the smell of bacon in the kitchen. For the salad: 1 head of iceburg lettuce - slice as if you are slicing a tomato, lay flat and add your toppings, we use tomatoes, freshly cooked crispy bacon, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and crushed black pepper. It's a delicious and simple meal, enjoy!
