I just opened the box and another laptop is using this internet connection fine, but the new HP can't connect. Any ideas? Its windows vista home premium 64bit and there is nothing wrong with the router. There is no firewall on the laptop or anything. It seems like a communication problem between the modem drivers and windows 64bit? But im not sure why they would sell a brand new laptop with a modem that doesnt work with that 64bit windows ...
