I Failed A Drug Test In The Army But Now Have A Federal Job Offer Will That Keep Me From Employment?

I had a secret clearance in the Army but when i was dischared it was closed so my question is when they do the background check on me will they be able to see that i was discharged because of failing a urinalysis or will they just see the discharge general under honorable i really need help with this as its a great paying job for a federal company requiring a secret clearance
