My husband's semen analysis showed an abnormality. We have been trying to conceive for 2 1/2 yrs. I have one blocked fallopian tube but the other is supposedly fine. My husbands semen results are as follows: count = 31 million volume = 4.0 morphology =80% motility = 60% (very first # in normal range) motility after 2 hrs = 50% (abnormally low) What can he do to improve this?
