even though Clinton was in the White House for 8 years. He never submitted such bills. And, even though he controlled the Congress for 2 years, Clinton did NEITHER of those two things. Now, let's all say that Bill couldn't do anything even though he controlled the House and Senate in 93 and 94. Bush gave prescription coverage to seniors. Clinton gave ZERO dollars for med coverage to seniors. Time to ignore this and bash Bush. Right, Dems?
