Openly Gay Director Bryan Singer Signs Up For New “X-Men” Movie

At the premiere of Avatar last Wed. director Bryan Singer says: “I, just yesterday, signed a deal to do an ‘X-Men: First Class Origins’ picture, which is kind of cool,” Bryan told MySpace. “I’m very excited.” Jamie Moss has been tapped to pen the script, which will focus on the teen years of the characters, featured in the “X-Men” and “Wolverine” movies. New characters will also be reportedly added to the mutant mix.
