Alexandria Real Estate declares quarterly dividend PASADENA, Calif. (AP) -- Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. on Tuesday said its board declared a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share of common stock. The office and lab space real estate investment trust said the dividend is payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 31. Shares of Alexandria Real Estate Equities rose 6 cents to $60 in midday trading.
