Ok, the selling agent would most likely get 2.25% or 45% of the whole percentage. The listing agent would get 2.75%. Now understand, that the broker's takes a cut of each. So if you were a top producer you might get 75% of 2.75% as the listing agent, out of that comes all the expense of marketing the property, all your health insurance, and income taxes and personal living expenses.
