Dibble blurkies are being sent on hypnosis courses, as part of the "new frontier in UK policing", in an attempt to gain more information from suspects and witnesses. Some American "celebrity hypnotherapist" is to offer a day's freebie taster session before charging a grand and a half for a six day course, which will be paid out of Plod coffers.
