Our first customer of the day was a middle-aged man who ordered the Shio Tsukemen, then proceeded to order 3 kaedama's (noodle refills). Folks, that's a whopping 800 grams! I was impressed! Apparently he really, really liked Ivan's noodles. His first words after getting up were "that was delicious, but boy am I full" in Japanese. Haha, I applaud you!
