A man walking his dog this afternoon found bones in a Palmetto community park, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said. Erick K. Osborne brought the two bones home and called the sheriff's office. When a deputy arrived, she asked Osborne to take her to the spot where the remains were found, but saw no suspicious items or additional bones.
