A group of undisclosed Sydney investors has bought the luxury 85-room Lilianfels Blue Mountains Hotel, in Katoomba, from Orient-Express Hotels, for $21 million. The property includes the award winning Darley’s Restaurant. The hotel opened in 1992 after being developed by a Japanese group which poured about $45 million into the property.
