SEI board declares 9 cent dividend OAKS, Pa. (AP) -- SEI Investments Co., a provider of asset management and other investment services, said Tuesday its board declared a dividend of 9 cents per share. It will pay the dividend Jan. 21 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 5. The company, based in Oaks, Pa., also said its board approved an increase in its stock buyback program of $100 million. SEI shares fell 18 cents to $17.65 on Tuesday.
