The La Salle Elementary District shouldn’t be affecting your tax bill anymore next year than this past year. The school board last night approved a levy this a two percent increase over last year’s. Dan Marenda is the superintendent. He says there’s no increase in the tax rate because of an anticipated two million dollar increase in EAV. The total levy is about 2.6 million dollars.
