26 Dec Boxing Day = St. Stephen's Day here. Lucy and I made Lefse, a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread my Grandma Lucile would make each Christmas with us. It's made from leftover mashed potatoes and lots of flour all over the place. Messy fun!
