On Saturday I set out to do my longest run yet: 100 kilometers, or 62 miles. About 100 hearty folks took part in the Chimera 100 ; some of us were doing the 100-kilometer race and some the 100-mile race, but we would all cover the same first 62-mile course. 62 miles of up and down mountains.
