So apparently word meters are in. I have written 4,978 of 40,000 words. I am now 12.44% done! no frills wordmeter I'm setting my goal for 40,000 words, which is 4,000 words a chapter. Yes, I know that the pilot has to be 5,000 words by chaos_thon rules, but since I generally don't write chapters that are that long, I'm assuming that the others will be a wee bit shorter. ...
