The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 26 percent of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-one percent Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -15. Today’s update is a slight improvement after the President’s ratings fell to new lows over the past three days.
