I've spent a considerable amount of time in the California State Prison System. I find that I owe a lot of back child supprt. I am trying to straighten my life out, but with this enormous debt, it puts me in a diverse situation. Is there any way to get the back support reduced because of my incarceration ?, and what can I do about wage garnish? I don't want to go back to prison for failure to pay. no
