A 22-year-old southern California man was arrested for raping and killing a woman who was pregnant with twins, Venice police confirmed. Around 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday a neighbor called 911 after seeing the suspect, Boneetio Kentro Washington entering the victim’s home as she was taking groceries from her car into her home.
