Bernanke appears on the cover of Time as person of the year. Again, I’m disheartened by the current state of affairs in the U.S. The U.S. seems to be not only financially broke but intellectually broke mainstream-wise. I studied journalism in the U.S., so I am not totally out of my depth here.
