Ashton Larson, 19, pleaded not guilty to sexually humiliating and abusing vulnerable residents at the Good Samaritan Society nursing home in Albert Lea, according to an Associated Press report. She pleaded today in Freeborn County District Court. She faces 10 counts. Another woman, Brianna Broitzman, 20, faces similar charges involving abuse at the same nursing home. She pleaded not guilty to her charges in August.
