The U.N. says drugs are fueling terrorism in Africa. Maybe we'll send troops there too? But wait, it's not just Africa: For his part, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said drug trafficking was also affecting peacekeeping efforts in Afghanistan, Haiti, Guinea-Bissau and elsewhere.
