Im a fifteen year old guy and I get really bad panic attacks whenever people talk about drugs or HIV/AIDS. It always happens in classrooms and on Monday, I actually fainted. Its the embarrassment that's the worst part. I cant even reason with myself during it at all and its making my life hell. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening ?
