running related things are done for now.  It appears that my knee is completely janked again.  No, I wasn't running through pain just like the first time, it came on in one run.  though Matt has encouraged me to give it some time before I give up Boston, it's certainly dangling in front of all my thoughts.  At this point, I'd be out $130, but really, I don't want to be out a knee if I push too hard.  I'm definitely not starting training ...
