For the month of December the Palm Springs City Animal Shelter will be waiving the $18.00 adoption fee on all adoptable animals. Those wishing to adopt will still be responsible for the neuter or spay fee ($60.00 for dogs, $35.00 for male cats/kittens and $45.00 for female cats/kittens). Residents of Palm Springs will also be charged the $15.00 City Dog License at the time of adoption.
