Update: The Nashville Tennessean is reporting that Titans quarterback Vince Young practiced Friday and is expected to start on Sunday against the Dolphins. Young had been hampered by a sore hamstring. Fantasy Impact: Young has stepped in for the aging veteran, Kerry Collins, and turned this team around. He is not a fantasy stud by any means, but he has certainly helped put rookie wideout Kenny Britt on the map.
