What are the tipping expectations at the 24 hour fitness kids club?

I like using the 24 hour fitness kids club, but the cost really adds up if you use it a few times a week. I'd especially like to hear from someone that works there. Why would you tip them? You pay for the service, correct? Do you tip babysitters you use along with their pay? No, and that's what the child care there is.
