The Detroit Lions sign DeDe Dorsey

The Lions have signed 25-year old running back DeDe Dorsey.  Dorsey has not played in the NFL since the 2008 season with the Bengals.  He has played in 29 games (2 starts) in his NFL career and he has carried the ball 26 times for 191 yards (7.3 ypc).  Dorsey has also caught 6 passes for 68 yards (11.3 avg) in his career.  He will likely battle for the third down back job as he doesn't have the body to take a big pounding.
