I have a yahoo small business website, and it says I have unlimited bandwidth/storage space, and that would be perfect to run a server off of I would guess I have a proxy on my site at the moment that most of my school uses, because our school blocks every website (including google images) and the site doesn't lag, because it runs at yahoo, and yahoo has some DEDICATED servers.
