學英文的台灣朋友們，最常收聽的廣播節目，除了一般教學節目如 Studio Classroom, Let's Talk in English外，就屬 ICRT (International Community Radio Taipei)。在我學習英文的過程中，這個網站也扮演了一個非常重要的角色，也開啟了我對西洋音樂的了解，讓我漸漸喜好西洋歌曲。 然除了 ICRT 之外，其實台灣有一個 「中央廣播電台」，英文名稱為 RTI ( Radio Taiwan International )， 它負責製播許多不錯的節目，對海外發聲，除了中文的節外外，還有如 日文、英文、西班牙文、德文、法文、泰語、印尼語、俄文 等語言的節目，讓在國外的朋友們能更了解台灣的一切。雖然這個電台的節目沒有像 ICRT 一樣那麼方便讓我們開車時打開收音機就可以收聽，但拜網際網路的盛行之賜，RTI電台也有了「 線上收聽 ...
