Glendale Unified School District Board of Education is meeting in a special session tomorrow morning to discuss and possibly decide on its application for Race to the Top, a $4.35 billion competative grant that we've written about recently . The Burbank Unified Board of Education approved 5-0 to apply for Race, but could opt out at a later date. Check out the story in Thursday's News-Press.
