Yes, people with incomes above the median will get subsidized health care. This is not a problem with the health care bill. This is a problem with health care costs, the fact that the upper one percent of incomes control entirely too much of the wealth, and the fact that subsidies have to be based off of 400% of poverty level because our definition of poverty in this country is entirely too low.
