By Coulter Jones Staff Writer Citizens Voice December 18, 2009 WILKES-BARRE - A replacement for former Luzerne County Commissioner Greg Skrepenak will be appointed by Wednesday, county President Judge Chester B. Muroski said, giving the new commissioner "sufficient time" to review records prior to voting on the county budget that must be passed before year's end. Read the story here
