By Eric Savitz Vishay Intertechnology (VSH) posted better-than-expected Q4 results . The passive electronic components producer reported revenue for the quarter of $607 million, ahead of the Street at $591 million; adjusted EPS of 16 cents topped the consensus at 12 cents. For Q1, the company sees revenue of $630 million to $670 million, ahead of the Street at $594.6 million. VSH this morning is up 3 cents at $8.10.

By Eric Savitz SolarWinds (SWI) , a provider of IT management software, posted Q4 revenue of $33 million, a hair below the Street at $33.6 million. Non-GAAP EPS of 19 cents a share beat the Street consensus at 16 cents.
