When : Afternoon Where : Rainsville Time/Distance: Total 40 minutes Notes: First run in over a month. New shoes, New earphones, New course (sort of) and no prep . It wasn't bad for the first run in over a month. This is always the worst time; just getting back into it. Especially when it's so cold. Oh well, I'll love it when I'm back to running 6 and 7 miles at a time during the Spring.
