Still, it sounds like if the Delta Force leader on the ground had been able to do some of the crazy things he wanted to do, they might have caught or killed him in Tora Bora. Reading this didn't make me think the CIA or Delta Force are inept . To the contrary, their exploits are impressive, but in the end they didn't work at capturing Osama bin Laden.
