the date for the class is JANUARY 8TH at the SYKES at 6:30-9:30 $20 per person money due by new years day. the menu is the same as before 3 soups with variations for each, foccacia, roasted  winter salad, and an apple tart with bourbon and cinnamon whipped cream. the more the merrier, let me know asap.  come!! :O
