We got 24 inches of snow. I kept indoors the entire time, after topping off supplies Friday night. I tried out a new recipe for beef stew. It worked out pretty good, and the remnants are now sitting in the freezer alongside the chicken soup. But I have plenty of brand-new Blu-Ray movies to watch and football games to enjoy. DC is out of work tomorrow, and my agency, which is between DC and Baltimore, probably will be too.
