That person would be me and he wrote the post with my input and edits but it describes from his point of view what 2009 (and the last decade) has been like when my depression was at it’s worst. It went from times of being depressed to being totally consumed by depression. He also gets into how it impacted Mark , our relationship, and how we got through it.
